Steven was born April 25, 1964 in Cleveland, Ohio to Gloria Webb, and Kenneth Pickens (deceased).
Steven attended St. Thomas Aquinas, Harry Davis, and Glenville High School.
As a child Steven would take apart anything mechanical to see how it worked. In his teens, he developed a lifelong passion for auto mechanics. He repaired many cars, motorcycles, and anything with a motor before he enrolled in Ohio Technical College and graduated master auto diesel technology in 2003, ASE Certified in 2002, and Generator Technology in 2003. He was known throughout Cleveland as "Webb the Mechanic".
Steven passed away August 9, 2021 following a brief illness.
In 1989 Steven married Felita Lisa Farr (deceased). To that union was born a daughter, Stephanie, and a son, Steven, Jr.
In 2010, Steven and Talesia Dowdell became lifelong companions. To their union was born a daughter, Achanti.
Steven worked extremely hard. He had a kind disposition and was always ready to help others.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Gloria Webb; three children, Stephanie, Stephen Jr, and Achanti; three grandchildren, Dontae, Trillion, and Steven III; his companion of 11 years, Talesia Dowdell; one uncle, Walter Webb (Rubye); one great aunt, Rosa Parson; first cousin, Anthony Webb; eight sisters-in-law; three brothers-in-law; his lifelong friend, David; a host of cousins in Florida, and many dear friends in Cleveland.
