Ruth Holsey Obituary
Ruth Holsey born on Monday, January 12, 1925, and departed this life on Friday, November 13, 2020.
Ruth Holsey accepted Christ at an early age under the leadership of Rev. C.J. Thompson. She attended New Bethlehem Baptist Church located in Cleveland, Ohio. She worked faithfully on the Nurses Guild for over fifty years.
Ruth Holsey loved to cook and would open her home for her family, and anyone who wanted to come and feast. A meal with Grandma as she was affectionately known had a reputation known for harvesting the mind, body and soul with a lot of love.
Meeting her at the pearly gates will be her loved one’s who have gone on before her, husband Julious Holsey, her three son’s Junious Brown, Jr, Ralph Brown, and Charles Brown.
Her legacy of love will forever remain in our hearts as we honor her memory; a loving daughter Christine (Donald) Payne. As well as a host of Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren and Great-Great Grandchildren.
