Robert Raheim Fentress

Robert Raheim Fentress, son of Patricia Fentress-Valentine, and Ronald Powell (deceased), was born on September 7, 1987, in Cleveland, Ohio. The second of four children.

Robert was educated in Cleveland Public Schools, later receiving his General Education Diploma, and obtained his Ohio State Tested Nursing Certification in 2010.

Robert worked as an STNA for ten years, with aspirations of becoming a nurse. He also worked miscellaneous jobs with his uncle Carl such as, roofing and catering meals. Robert will always be remembered for his loving and generous spirit, his captivating smile, laugh, and sense of humor. Robert was a joy to be around. Robert was a family man and also a hard working man.; working two to sometimes three jobs to provide for his family. A man who loved his family near and far. But his greatest pride and joy was raising his boys.

Robert was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Powell; and his paternal grandparents, all of Camden, Alabama.

Robert leaves to mourn his passing and cherish his memories with, three sons, Robert Jr., Xavier, Rahim, and one stepson, Scottie; his mother, Patricia Fentress-Valentine (Kevin); one brother, Antoine Fentress; two sisters, Brittney Latten (Andre), Briana Tell, all of Cleveland, Ohio, one sister Sheronica Humphries (Tyrone), of Painesville, Ohio; grandmother, Juanita Bradley, of Cleveland, Ohio; a special friend Rominita Benjamin; two nephews, two nieces, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Robert was truly loved, and will be missed by many.
