Phillip D Dickson

Phillip Derek Dickson, age 64 (affectionately known as "Rickey") was born on April 23, 1958. The Eldest of three children, and only son born to Wendell P. Dickson, and Frances Luanner Ford Dickson. Rickey accepted Christ at an early age.

Rickey attended school in the East Cleveland School District and worked for RTA for several years before he moved on with his entrepreneurial spirit into the entertainment industry; touring, promoting others, charter bus services and he was the opening act for Songstress Patti LeBelle.

Rickey also owned numerous Night clubs throughout the Cleveland area. He Showed love to all that surrounded him and was always looking for ways to help others. He Loved life and will be truly missed by his family and friends. Early Thursday morning May 19th Rick received his summons from the Lord.

He leaves to cherish his memory, mother and father, Frances and Phillip Dickson, (Atlanta, Ga); sisters; Gia Dickson, (Cleveland, Oh) and Toi Dickson (Atlanta, Ga); brother, Donnie and sister Marcie; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
