Leonard A Jones

Leonard Allen Jones Jr was born on February 15, 1933, to Leonard Allen Jones Sr, and Ella Mae Jones. Through the love they brought, twins, Faye & Faith were born along with Earnest, Leonard's youngest brother.

Leonard received his high school diploma, and within those years he met his teenage love, Cheryl. Leonard and Sherrie were married in holy matrimony, and he proceeded to the Army. It was almost like home because Leonard's dad was an army vet, and his brother followed in that great honor to serve and protect. In those years of serving in the army, his wife Cheryl Ann Jones gave birth to his first-born boy, Dereke Allen Jones, and daughter, Michelle Cherise Jones.

Leonard was a hard worker and provider, and most of all a jokester, and ladies-man.

Leonard received his wings on October 13, 2021, he was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Alan Jones Sr; sister, Faye; son, Dereke; grandson, Tevin; and his beloved ex-wife, Cheryl.

Leonard leaves to mourn in great honor, his mother, Ella Mae Jones; sister, Faith Jones; brother, Earnest Jones; daughter, Michelle Cherise Jones; seven grandchildren, Cherise, Tevonna, Tejha, Brandon, Mario, Brandi, and Cherelle; four great grandchildren, Antwan, Massailn, Makahiah, and Memory; as well as a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and plenty of friends.
