Juanita Mae Terry-Milner was born on December 11, 1938, in Cleveland, Ohio to Surilda Terry and Ozie Terry. Juanita was the oldest of two daughters Frankie Mae Terry being the youngest. Juanita attended the Cleveland Public Schools.
Juanita was united in Holy Matrimony to Willie Ed Milner on January 25, 1965, and they were blessed with four children James, Latha, Surilda, and Tyrone. Juanita was employed by Skippy's Restaurant and later was employed by Ohio Bell Telephone Company where she retired after more than 20 years.
Juanita was an avid reader and enjoyed crossword puzzles, oil, painting, watching the Cleveland Browns, Cavaliers, and Indians. She enjoyed a good boxing match, especially when Sugar Ray Leonard was fighting, she enjoyed watching movies, listening to jazz, and plenty of Motown tunes.
Juanita ran track when she attended Kennard junior high school and East technical high school.
Juanita and her family attended Second Mt Sinai Baptist Church for many years
Juanita leaves to cherish her memory her three children James, Leatha, and Surilda; nine grandchildren: Jeremy, Juanita, Austin, Jeremiah, Anthony, Tyrese, Mario, Tyrina and Tyrone Jr; Great grandchildren Imani, Ari, Donald, Antonecise, James, and Aaliyah.
Juanita was preceded in death by her husband Willie Ed, her son Tyrone and her sister, Frankie Moe Kirby. Special love to Benjamin Banks, who was like a brother to Juanita while growing up, to Anthony, Everett, Evelene, and Desiree, Frankie's children and to a wonderful host of family and friends.
