Jerome Douglas McCrary

Jerome Douglas McCrary Sr. Who is born on February 25th, 1956, in Cleveland, Ohio to Catherine Robinson and Kenneth McCrary.

Jerome graduated from Glenville high school in 1974. He attended Saint John AME Church. Jerome was a club member of Pete's Cozy Corner. Jerome met Carmella in 1974 and married her in 1982, to that union two children were born.

Jerome was employed at University Hospital before transferring to Euclid General Hospital where he was employed for over 20 years before becoming ill. Jerome loved to dress, and wear his sharp hats, shoes, and jewelry. His cars were his world, he enjoyed horseback riding, bowling was his all-time favorite. Jerome was a pool shark and played baseball for Pete's cozy corner, and Euclid General Hospital as a short stop. He was the life of the party, as well as hosting them with his dance moves and all. Jerome was a very good provider and protector, and very generous to others. He loved his family.

Jerome was preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Robinson; father, Kenneth McCrary; and son, Jerome McCrary Jr.

Jerome leaves to cherish his memories, daughter, Takia; son, Robert; sister, Janet; brother, Brian; one grandson, Malik; aunts, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, good friends Roger, Mario, Michael, Charles, and his bonus mom, Mrs. Reese.
