VIVIAN LOIS WASHINGTON GRUBBS, 1929-2016. Cherished mother of James E. Grubbs, II; grand and great grandmother, dear relative and friend of many who was dearly loved and will be greatly missed. She was an asset to her community and a valued administrator at OPEIU. There will be no public services.
