Rosalie Porter Phillips

ROSALIE PORTER PHILLIPS, 90; Transitioned on September 21, 2007 at 5:44 pm. Devoted wife of the late Frank Charles Phillips II. Mother to Frank C. Phillips III, Frederick L. Phillips, Ronald E. Phillips, Michael Phillips, Porter S. Phillips, and Sharon M. Phillips. Beloved grandmother to eleven. Beloved great grandmother to eight. She had a distinguished career helping others. She was one of twelve delegates that lobbied the U.S. Congress for a Breakfast Program for the Cleveland Public School System. Her involvement in Parent Teacher's Association (PTA) spanned approximately 15 years, and served in the capacity of PTA President for many of those years. Memorial Service will be Saturday, October 6, 2007 at 11:00 am at Central Bible Baptist Church, 2285 Noble Rd., Cleveland Hts., Ohio 44121.
