JEWEL V. BROWN (nee Reid), age 90; Passed away on Friday, October 11, 2013 in Annapolis, Maryland. Loving wife of Mitchell Brown. Cherished mother of Renee Brown Carter (Bruce), adored grand and great grandmother; also leaves other family and friends. Public viewing Thursday, Oct. 17th until 7:00 PM at Watson's Funeral Home, 10913 Superior Ave. HOME GOING CELEBRATION ON FRIDAY, OCT. 18th with WAKE at 10:00 AM and FUNERAL at 10:30 AM at Advent Evangelical Lutheran Church, 15309 Harvard Ave. Interment in Lake View Cemetery.
