Jasmine Chavona Williams was born on February 11, 1984, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Jacqueline Fanning-Booker and Clifton Williams. She was Jacqueline's only child and shared a special bond with her mother, while also being blessed with five siblings through her father.
Jasmine attended Cleveland Public Schools and later earned her GED. She dedicated her career to serving others in the medical field, working in positions where she cared for those in need. At the age of 24, Jasmine was blessed with her greatest joy-her beautiful daughter, Arionne Ja'kee Harris-who forever changed her life.
Jasmine had a vibrant personality and a deep love for her family. She was known for her generosity and joy, always ready to help and always bringing laughter and light wherever she went. When Jasmine stepped out, she stepped out in style. She especially enjoyed spending time with her mother and daughter, often cooking for family gatherings. Her string beans became a family favorite and a staple at every function.
Jasmine was employed by Provide-A-Ride, where she began as a dispatcher. Through her hard work and dedication, she was quickly promoted to investigative services, a role she held until her untimely passing.
On August 29, 2025, Jasmine departed this life, leaving a void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be remembered for her warmth, her laughter, and her unwavering devotion to family.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving daughter, Arionne; her parents, Jacquelin and Kerry Booker; her siblings, Ahmed, Nikita, Christopher, Willie Lee, Loran Jerimiah, Jasmine, Ashley, Kerry Jr., Sean, and Antwan; her aunt Sandra Rice; her great-aunt Marion Grier; and her first cousins, Jeffery Rice, William Anthony Fanning, Brandon Fanning, Brandon Rice, and her sister-cousin Demarlah. She was preceded in death by her father, Clifton Williams; her aunt, Carolyn Fanning; her uncles, William Fanning and William Allen; and her cousin, Jason Rice. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends who will deeply miss her.
