JANICE L. BLACKBURN, 65; Passed away on Sunday, October 27th, 2013. The cherished daughter of Trulia Jones Blackburn and John H. Blackburn Sr., She also leaves to cherish her memory many other family members and friends. She was an Insurance and Ivestment Agent for PrimAmerica Financial Services. She will be greatly missed by all who's lives she has touched.
