Horace Tuggle

Horace LaReese Tuggle was born in Cleveland, Ohio, to Lottie Tuggle and Moses Reese. He received his education within the Cleveland Public School System, graduating from Martin Luther King Law & Public Service High School in 1990. Following high school, LaReese enlisted in the United States Navy, serving aboard the USS Simon Bolivar Submarine. After receiving an honorable discharge, he returned to Cleveland, Ohio. Alongside earning an Associate's Degree from Remington College, he gained a reputation for his exceptional culinary skills.

LaReese is survived by his father, Moses Reese, his children; Cyvonne, Darshereia, Keshawn, and Ruthie, grandchildren, three sisters, two nieces, aunts, uncles, and a multitude of other loving family members and friends.
