Beverly (Parker) Trammer
Sunrise: June 2, 1955 - Sunset: July 30, 2025
Beverly Joyce Trammer was born in Birmingham, Alabama, at Hillman Hospital on June 2, 1955, to Mamie Jean Gaffney and John Mitchell.
She was the eldest daughter of four children and was raised by her parents, Ester Trammer, Jr., and Mamie Jean Trammer.
In 1962, the family moved to Cleveland, Ohio, to secure employment opportunities. Beverly attended the East Cleveland school district, attending Chambers Elementary School, Kirk Middle School, and Shaw High School.
Beverly and her family joined OlivetI nstitutional Baptist Church at a young age, where she participated in the youth choir.
She was blessed to be the mother of three sons, Dwayne (who preceded her in death), Dontez, and Donnell.
Beverly was a fun, loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed singing, cooking, and making everyone feel welcome and joyous.
Beverly and Michael met in 1988 in Cleveland, Ohio; it was love at first sight. Michael was truly the love of her life. In 2000, they joined the New Greater Canaan Baptist Church in Cleveland, Ohio, and became actively involved, participating in multiple church activities and functions. Her love for the Lord and tireless efforts did not go unnoticed and were greatly appreciated by all.
For over twenty years, Beverly was a dedicated home healthcare provider, serving several patients in the Cleveland and East Cleveland communities. She resided in East Cleveland.
Beverly leaves to cherish her memory: her devoted lifelong partner, Mr. Michael Parker; sons, Dontez and Donnell Trammer; grandchildren, Donnell Jr., Deon'te, Shanesha, Donteana, Shayanna, Dior, Michael Jr., Diamond, and De'Janae; one brother, Lester Trammer Sr. of Las Vegas, Nevada; two sisters, Rejeana (Todd) Lowery of Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Crystal Trammer of Parma Heights, Ohio; one uncle, Mr. Louis Gaffney Sr. of Cleveland, Ohio; one aunt, Ms. Dorothy Trammell of Hueytown, Alabama; and one niece on her maternal side, Tierra (Mike) Combs of Parma, Ohio. She also leaves a host of special nieces, nephews, cousins, and wonderful family members and friends.
In Conclusion, I'd like to quote:
Second Timothy, Chapter 4, Verses 7 & 8
I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.
Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day; and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
